Decision Engine — from target to build sheet

Tell it what you want. It solves the build.

Backward-solve from a power and budget target to a validated block, head, fuel, and boost combination — reasoning shown, not hidden.

Chassis context
This is a worked prototype of the recommendation logic — every stock/forged/sleeved threshold below is drawn from real, documented builder and community consensus for that specific engine family, not a single formula reskinned across platforms.
Honda K-series and B-series thresholds come from published block-builder guides tracking stock, stock-sleeve-forged, and fully-sleeved ceilings separately per block. 2JZ-GTE's famously high stock ceiling reflects its factory-forged rods and piston oil squirters. LS thresholds reflect the well-documented "500-600rwhp on stock internals" consensus, with the iron LQ9 block running slightly higher.
The plan is to replace the mock confidence counts and growth curves with real numbers pulled from the KSwaps dyno database as it fills in for each platform.
